Hi! I’m Mikael, a speaker and a creator.
I am Mikael Hugg, a M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.) and an innovator with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience.
My international experiences in private wealth management at Deutsche Bank, as well as in the startup world, have given me a broad understanding of business in different cultures.
I’m also a co-founder of Growthland, a marketing agency specialized in utilizing artificial intelligence and growth marketing, where I currently serve as Creative Director.
I give talks about artificial intelligence and the future of work, in both Finnish and English.
